|PERSONAL CAKE & DESSERT ORDERS

 

|Q: HOW CAN I ORDER?|

If you are interested in placing an order, please get in touch with us by filling out a form under "CONTACT US". Please note that for any customized cakes and customized desserts require a (3) week lead time (Subject to schedule availability). Our schedules fill up very quickly so get in touch with us at your earliest convenience to get your order started. As for weddings, we recommend you to place your orders (2) months in an advance.

|Q: CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGNED CAKE?|

Please submit a form under "CONTACT US" with all the necessary details. Once submitted, we will follow up with you within (2) business days to further discuss your order(s).

|Q: CAN I PROVIDE PICTURES OF THE DESIGNS THAT I LIKE?|

You certainly can provide us the designs that you are looking for. However, please note that our designs are limited as we only utilize designs that meets Mcourse standards.

|Q: SAME DAY ONLINE ORDERS?|

Currently, we do not accept same day orders.

|Q: CAN YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?|

At the moment, we do not. However, we will provide this service in the near future!

|Q: PICK UP / DELIVERY|

Pick up- If we are able to accommodate your order, please connect with us to schedule a pickup date and time frame.

Delivery-  Delivery is only accommodated within the listed cities (Campbell, Cupertino, Gilroy, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Monte Sereno, Morgan Hill, Mountain View, Palo Alto, San Jose, Santa Clara, Saratoga, and Sunnyvale). If your city is beyond the South Bay, please contact us to see if we can assist with your location.

|Q: HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?|

Base price starts at $8 within a 10 mile radius from Santa Clara, however, prices will vary depending on your order(s). If you need the cake on a weekday, please reach out to us at info@theMcourse.com to check availability.

|CONSULTATIONS AND TASTINGS

|Q: HOW MUCH ARE CONSULTATIONS AND TASTINGS?|

Please note that design consultations and tastings are valid only for orders of $500 or more. Cake consultation is $80 with a maximum of (4) different flavors. Payment is due on the day your date is booked. If you decide to go with MCourse, the tasting fee will be complimentary and will be credited towards your final bill.

|Q: CAN I RESCHEDULE/CANCEL MY CONSULTATIONS AND TASTINGS?|

Yes, please give us (5) days in advance notice from your scheduled date and a refund will be given back to you. Please note that the refund process may take up to 3-5 business days. In an instance we do not receive cancellation within (5) days, the deposit will not be refunded.

|Q: HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING FOR TASTINGS?|

We recommend that you minimize it to (2) guests.

|Q: WHEN AND WHERE ARE THE CONSULTATION AND TASTINGS LOCATED?|

If we are able to accept your order, consultations are taken place only on Saturdays and Sundays. As for location, we believe that the right place for tasting is at a cafe nearby due to the atmosphere. Oh! By the way- coffee is on us!

|Q: CAN WE ORDER A SMALL TIERED CAKE TO CUT AND SHEET CAKES TO SERVE THE GUESTS?|

Absolutely! We do provide sheet cakes!

|CAKE LIFE

|Q: HOW LONG DOES MY CAKE STAY FRESH?|

You can keep the cake up to (5) days in the fridge. Please make sure the cake(s) is sealed properly with food wrap or an air tight container. 

|Q: HOW LONG SHOULD I KEEP THE CAKE OUT BEFORE SERVING?|

We highly recommend you to leave the cake out at least (1.5) hours before your event start time.

|DESSERT ORDER CANCELLATION

|Q: WHEN CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER(S)?|

Once your order has been confirmed, we will need to be notified via email or phone (1) week prior to your due date in order to receive a full refund. If cancellation is notified to us in less than a week, we will require a non-refundable fee of 50% from the final price. Please note that orders are NOT confirmed until payment has been processed.

|WEDDINGS and BIG EVENTS|

Cancelling all dessert orders for weddings and big events will need to be notified (3) weeks prior to the event date in order to receive a full refund. If cancellation is notified to us in less than (3) weeks, we will require a non-refundable fee of 50% from the final price. Please note that all orders are not confirmed until payment has been processed.

|ALLERGENS/RESTRICTIONS

|Q: DO THE PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?|

Yes, some of our products contain nuts. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergens.

|Q: DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE CAKES?|

Yes! Please visit SIGNATURE CAKES & FLAVORS page. Please note that the kitchen that we work in is not a gluten-free environment.

|Q: DO YOU OFFER VEGAN CAKES?|

We sure do! Please visit our SIGNATURE CAKES & FLAVORS page. If you have other flavors in mind, let us know!

|Q: DO YOU OFFER EGGLESS CAKES?|

Yes!

|MCOURSE WORKSHOPS

|Q: IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY BOOKING, CAN I GET A REFUND?|

Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you a refund, however, you will receive a store credit.

|Q: HOW EARLY DO I HAVE TO NOTIFY THAT I WON'T BE ABLE TO MAKE IT?

Please notify us via email (3) days prior to your event date to support@mcourse.org. If we are not notified (3) days prior to the event date, a store credit will not be granted.

|Q: WHAT IF I WANT TO RESCHEDULE THIS WORKSHOP TO ANOTHER DATE?|

If the new requested date is filled, we can put you on the waitlist or you can look into another date.

|Q: DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO THIS WORKSHOP?|
