Our delicate almond sponge cake is glazed with ribbons of wildflower honey which adds a touch of floral sweetness & warmth filled with the delicious ripe seasonal figs. It deserves the fig crown on top scattered with toasted almonds on the surface to give this beautiful cake a buttery, toasty, crunch- an elegant, late summer indulgence.
Our soft pillowy blueberry cake is covered with our black sesame flavored fresh cream frosting.-dark, nutty, and subtly toasted which brings out the earthiness which is well balanced with our blueberry compote. Seasonal figs are added inside the cake. It is the kind of cake that makes one pause, lean in, and reach for another bite before the first is finished.
